Our founding attorney, Casey W. Stevens, began his career an insurance defense attorney, defending against personal injury lawsuits. After a while, he began to represent plaintiffs, with his unique insight into the strategic methods and limitations of the insurance companies' attorneys. In 2001, having built good relationships with former clients and other attorneys who were glad to refer him new cases, he started Stevens & Williamson, Attorneys at Law, and we have been growing rapidly ever since.

In 2007, Casey Stevens' practice had grown to the point he decided he needed another attorney to help him with his practice. Accordingly, he invited Scott Williamson to join his practice. Prior to joining Casey Stevens practice, Scott Williamson worked for ten years as an attorney defending personal injury claims for insurance companies.

We now represent personal injury plaintiffs exclusively. Much of our business so far has come to us through referrals, whether from former clients or from attorneys who know our work ethic and our in-depth knowledge of insurance companies' legal strategies.
