Scott has practiced personal injury law since graduating from law school in 1997. Before the creation of Stevens and Williamson, Scott defended against personal injury claims for an insurance defense law firm in Atlanta. In doing so, Scott served as lead counsel on multiple jury trials, and he presented arguments to both federal and state appeals courts. Scott is admitted to practice in federal and state courts in Georgia, in addition to federal courts in Texas.
Scott has resided in Dunwoody, Georgia since 1978. He is a graduate of Marist School. Scott and his wife have three daughters.
